The website is informational and has no form. Analytics on the pages listed below depends on your consent.

When you start a conversation through WhatsApp, contact takes place outside this website and depends on the information you choose to provide. We may receive your profile name, phone number, messages and any files you send. If you contact us by email, we also receive your email address and the content you send.

Do not send passwords, banking details, identity documents or other sensitive information before receiving guidance about the appropriate channel.

Analytics and your preferences

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and navigation and assess how the website is used. Measurement is limited to the Portuguese and English homepages and the website development and landing page development pages. Legal pages and Recarga pages do not load Analytics.

The Analytics tag only loads after you accept. Before you accept, or if you decline, we do not send data to Google Analytics. Declining does not prevent you from accessing the website or contacting Tetelestai.

With your consent, data is sent about page views, navigation events, technical characteristics of your browser and device, and the source of your visit, limited to the referring domain. WhatsApp clicks are also recorded, but Analytics does not receive conversation content. A click does not confirm a conversation, a qualified contact or a sale.

Your choice is stored locally in this browser for 180 days. Subsequent visits do not automatically extend the validity of consent. Analytics cookies are initially configured to last up to 180 days; on subsequent visits, the configured duration is limited to the time remaining on consent. Google may update the session cookie while consent remains valid. When the website detects that consent has expired, it stops measurement and removes the Analytics cookies it can access. These periods apply to browser storage, not to the retention of data already received by Google Analytics.

You can change your choice through the cookie preferences in the footer. When you withdraw consent, the website removes the Analytics cookies it can access and reloads the page to stop measurement. This does not automatically delete data already sent to Google Analytics.

Why we use the data

Contact details and conversation content may be used to respond to your request, understand your needs, prepare a proposal, deliver a contracted service and meet legal obligations.

Depending on its purpose, processing may rely on steps prior to entering into a contract or its performance, compliance with a legal obligation or another legal basis under Brazil’s LGPD. When an activity relies on your consent, its purpose will be explained and you may withdraw that consent.

Triage and human support

The automated integration of TETELESTAI Atendimento with the company’s WhatsApp account is still being prepared as of this version.

When available on that channel, triage will present Tetelestai’s services, ask about your needs and record an internal summary for the support team. This summary will not be a public message. You will be able to request human support through the option shown in the menu.

This flow uses predefined rules, without analysis by generative artificial intelligence models. Conversation management and triage will run on customer service infrastructure administered by Tetelestai.

Services involved and data access

Tetelestai’s team may access information needed to handle your request. The communication and infrastructure services involved may also process data to operate, according to their responsibilities and policies.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub, Inc. When the site is visited, GitHub logs and stores the visitor’s IP address for security purposes. Using WhatsApp also involves processing by WhatsApp/Meta under that service’s policies.

When you accept Analytics, Google receives measurement requests, the identifiers of the cookies used by the service and the navigation data described above.

Retention and protection

Data will be kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and the applicable legal grounds for retention. Whether a record needs to be retained depends on the progress of the request, the contractual relationship and the obligations involved; this policy does not set a single retention period for every type of data.

Deletion requests will be assessed in relation to records under Tetelestai’s control. Where a legal ground for retention applies, we will explain the reason and scope of that retention.

Your rights and how to make a request

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing and, where provided by law, anonymization, blocking, deletion or portability. You may also withdraw consent you have given. Requests are free of charge.

You may also request information about the option not to give consent and its consequences, object to processing without consent when it fails to comply with the LGPD, and submit a petition to Brazil’s ANPD concerning your rights.

Contact us by WhatsApp or email and explain your request. We may ask for additional identity confirmation where necessary, limited to what is appropriate to protect your data.
