Legal information
Request data deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data held by Tetelestai free of charge, including TETELESTAI Atendimento records, where provided by Brazil’s LGPD.
Privacy and data deletion contact
You can contact Tetelestai through either of these channels:
1. Send your request
Contact us through either channel above and say that you wish to request data deletion. For email, you may use the subject “Data deletion — TETELESTAI Atendimento”.
Provide the phone number or email address used to contact us and identify the conversation, approximate period or data covered by your request. Where possible, use the same channel or contact details used previously.
Do not send passwords, access codes or copies of identity documents with your initial request.
2. We review the request
We will locate the records and, where necessary, ask for proportionate additional information to confirm that the request is yours. Tetelestai’s team handles the request; sending a message does not perform an automatic deletion.
3. We explain the outcome
We will reply through the channel used, confirming completion or explaining what information is needed to proceed. You can follow up in the same conversation or email thread.
If a legal obligation or another legal ground for retention prevents deletion of some records, we will explain the reason and which data must be kept. Requests will be handled within applicable legal time limits.
Records a request may cover
A request may cover contact details, messages, files sent and internal summaries held under Tetelestai’s control, depending on the service provided and the applicable legal conditions.
Automated integration with the company’s WhatsApp account is still being prepared in this version. You can already use these channels for requests relating to your contact with Tetelestai.
You do not need to delete your Facebook or WhatsApp account to make a request. Tetelestai does not delete your accounts on those platforms or the records they hold under their own responsibility; use the relevant service’s channels for that data.
