The website presents international technology career consulting, automation and digital solutions, and artificial intelligence training. You may contact us with questions and to discuss scope, availability and conditions.

Contacting Tetelestai or using triage does not automatically enter you into a contract. The website does not process payments. The scope, price, timelines and responsibilities for each service will be defined in the relevant proposal or contract.

How customer service works

Automated triage is being prepared for the company’s WhatsApp account. When available, it will organize requests by service, ask about the need and pass the conversation to the team. Users will be able to request human support.

Initial replies help direct the conversation. They do not replace an assessment of your situation, a proposal or an express commitment by Tetelestai. A handoff does not mean that a support agent is immediately available.

Scope of services

Career consulting does not guarantee interviews, employment, visas or immigration outcomes and does not include immigration legal advice.

Digital solutions and training depend on the agreed scope. Information on the website does not promise a specific individual or business outcome.

Using the channels

Use the channels for legitimate requests and provide information relevant to the service. Do not send unlawful content, abusive messages, spam or third-party data without permission or an appropriate legal basis.

WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms and availability conditions. Their use does not remove Tetelestai’s responsibilities for its service and the data under its control.

Privacy and rights

Data processing and the channels for exercising your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not exclude rights provided by Brazilian law, including consumer rights where applicable.

Updates and questions

We may update the website information and these terms to reflect changes to our services and customer support. The date above identifies this version. Changes to this page do not replace conditions already agreed in a contract.
